• As soon as we have received your order, we will immediately get started!
• If you have created an account you can follow the status of your order via My order on our website. If you have not created an account, you will be informed via email of the status of your order.
• Your package is sent with either PostNL or DHL (depending on your location), and sent via the standard package service.
• As soon as we have delivered your package for shipment, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. You can use this on the PostNL or DHL website to follow your package.
• It usually takes 1 to 3 business days in the Netherlands until you receive your package (note: weekend days are not included). If your location is outside of the Netherlands, it can take up to 7 business days.
• If your package has not arrived after 3 business days (Netherlands) or 7 business days (rest of the world), or if you have other questions regarding your order, please send an e-mail with your name and order number to email@example.com or call (+31)(0)30-6224395.
• If the ordered item is not what you expected, you may return this item within 14 days after receiving your package.
• Please note: we do not take back clothing that has been worn, where (make-up) stains are on or damaged. All tickets must also be included with the returned items. Make-up, earrings, underwear, lingerie and swimwear can, because of hygiene, only be returned if the package is unopened or if the items are visibly unworn;
- If your return meets the aforementioned conditions, you can register your return in three ways:
Return via your customer account on the webshop
• Log in to your account via www.blackfish.store
• You arrive at the page where you can see your orders. At the relevant order. click View
• You are now in the overview of the order. You can click the Return items button at the bottom right to create a return shipment.
• You will be redirected to a page where you can set the return shipment. You must indicate which products you want to return via the drop-down menu; if the product is set to 1, it will be returned. If you want to keep the product, you leave it at 0.
• In the next step you can indicate why you send the products in question back. (This is completely optional, but helps us improve our service and product choice.)
• Then click on Send in the lower right corner. In this case the return ticket will be sent to us. Send the return package asap to our address at the bottom of the page.
Return shipment via personal mail contact
• If you have not created an account with us, you can always send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
• Mention in your e-mail your name, order number and the items you wish to return.
• As soon as we have received your e-mail, we will create the return for you and contact you via e-mail.
• You can only return your items after you’ve contacted us; so wait with shipping your items until we’ve confirmed your return!
- The return shipping costs are for your own account!
- You can also return your items free of charge at our physical store. Just remember to bring your receipt or other proof of purchase. The return conditions mentioned above still have to be met.
As soon as we have received your return items, we will check the items and we will, after approval, transfer the credited amount back to you. We will refund within 7 business days on the (bank) account or payment processor you’ve used. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have transferred the amount. If the amount is not on your account after 7 working days, please contact us at email@example.com.
