• As soon as we have received your order, we will immediately get started!
• If you have created an account you can follow the status of your order via My order on our website. If you have not created an account, you will be informed via email of the status of your order.
- For shipments within the Netherlands
• Your package is offered at PostNL, and sent via the standard package service.
• If possible, we use letterbox packages.
• As soon as we have delivered your package for shipment, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. You can use this on the PostNL website to follow your package. You will also receive an e-mail from PostNL with information regarding your package.
• It usually takes 1 to 3 business days until you receive your package (note: weekend days are therefore not included).
• If your package has not arrived after three business days, or if you have other questions regarding your order, please send an e-mail with your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 030-6224395.
- For shipments outside the Netherlands
• Your parcel is offered at DHL Parcel, and sent via the standard parcel service.
• As soon as we have delivered your package for shipment, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. You can use this on the DHL Parcel website to follow your package. You will also receive an email from DHL yourself.
• Within Western Europe it usually takes 5-7 business days until your package is delivered. In the other European countries it takes 7-10 business days and outside Europe 8-15 business days.
• If your package has not arrived after the aforementioned time period, or you haven't received an email with a track & trace code or if you have any other questions regarding your order? Send an e-mail with your name and order number to email@example.com or call 030-6624395.
• If the ordered item is not what you expected, you may return this item within 14 days after receiving your package.
• Please note: we do not take back clothing that has been worn, clothing with (make-up) stains or damaged clothing. All clothing tags must be present. Make-up, earrings, underwear, lingerie and swimwear can only returned if they are unopened, or if it's clearly visible that they weren't used (this is because of hygiene).
• If your return meets the aforementioned conditions, you can send out your return:
• Check the item or items you want to return on the supplied return form.
• You can use the original box or shipping bag for your return shipment. If the plastic packaging has been damaged and can no longer be sealed with tape, then we kindly ask you to use an old box or alternative packaging.
• Within 14 days of receiving your order, and including a filled in return form, send the items to the address below:

As soon as we have received your return items, we will check the items and we will, after approval, transfer the credited amount back to you. We will refund within 7 business days on the (bank) account or payment processor you’ve used. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have transferred the amount. If the amount is not on your account after 7 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
IMPORTANT: Shipping and shipment fees will only be credited if the entire order is returned.
