Shipping & returns

Shipping 

• As soon as we have received your order, we will immediately get started!

• If you have created an account you can follow the status of your order via My order on our website. If you have not created an account, you will be informed via email of the status of your order.

For shipments within the Netherlands


• Your package is offered at PostNL, and sent via the standard package service.

• If possible, we use letterbox packages. These packages fit through your letterbox so you do not have to be home to receive it.

• As soon as we have delivered your package for shipment, you will receive an automated email with the track & trace code. You can use this to follow your package.

• It usually takes 1 to 3 business days until you receive your package (note: weekend days are therefore not included). During holidays it may take longer before you receive your package.

• If your package has not arrived after seven business days, or if you have other questions regarding your order, please send an e-mail with your name and order number to [email protected] or call 030-6224395.



For shipments outside the Netherlands

 


• Your parcel is offered to PostNL and sent via the standard parcel service.

• As soon as we have delivered your package for shipment, you will receive an automated email with the track & trace code. You can use this to follow your package. 

• The average delivery times are stated with the shipping method. The stated delivery times are purely indicative and may take longer due to holidays or customs. Click here for an overview of the average delivery times at PostNL.

• If your package has not arrived after the aforementioned time period, or you haven't received an email with a track & trace code or if you have any other questions regarding your order? Send an e-mail with your name and order number to [email protected] or call 030-6624395.

All shipments outside the Netherlands are insured and provided with tracking. If the package is lost, you will be refunded the full order amount.

 

 

Returns

 

• If the ordered item is not what you expected, you may return this item within 14 days after receiving your package.

• Please note: we do not take back clothing that has been worn, clothing with (make-up) stains or damaged clothing. All clothing tags must be present. Make-up, earrings, underwear, lingerie and swimwear can only returned if they are unopened, or if it's clearly visible that they weren't used (this is because of hygiene).

Optional: note the reason you want to return the items on the supplied return form

• You can use the original box or shipping bag for your return shipment. If the plastic packaging has been damaged and can no longer be sealed with tape, then we kindly ask you to use an old box or alternative packaging.

• Within 14 days of receiving your order, and including the return form, send the items to the address below. Within Europe, you can also create a return label from within the track&trace email.

Refund

As soon as we have received your return items, we will check the items and we will, after approval, transfer the credited amount back to you. We will refund within 7 business days on the (bank) account or payment processor you’ve used. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have transferred the amount. If the amount is not on your account after 7 working days, please contact us at [email protected].

 

IMPORTANT: If you have benefited from the free shipping costs above € 75 (or € 100 outside the Netherlands), and the order amount after return is lower than € 75 / € 100, we will still charge the shipping costs by subtracting the shipping cost from the to be credited amount. We do this to prevent abuse of our free shipping policy.
